We all worked together to answer the quiz questions all linked to Dinosaurs. We were brilliant at listening to the clues and working out which dinosaur it was describing.
We then had a clue delivered to us and this kicked off our dinosaur hunt. We were very excited about this!
We listened to the first clue.
We then set about hunting for the dinosaurs, Listening to clues as we went along. The clues lead us inside and outside of our school environment.
The children were very excited that with some clues we also found some frozen dinosaur eggs.
We then talked about how we could melt these to release the dinosaurs.
Our last clue took us to the cloakroom, and we found a BIG surprise left there. It was a present! It turned out to be a dinosaur egg, which we have to make hatch over the next few days. We are currently observing this to note any changes.
We are so loving our new topic already. We are planning a ‘Dino Dance’, which parents will be invited too.
