SEND workshop
Thanks to all who came to our SEND workshop. It was great to see people there and brilliant to share experiences and ways to support our children. Wrens WOW Day – Once upon a tale: fur, feathers and scales.
We were so excited to bring in a soft toy animal to school! We began with a circle time, where we introduced our animals and discussed any special skills they possessed. We also did some sorting activities, grouping the animals based on characteristics such as four-legged animals and creatures that can slither. Our Final event – The Adventure Trail: Nature’s Hidden Treasures
At the start of our topic, we talked to the children about our upcoming final event. They were so excited they were literally counting down the days! Wrens especially love learning outdoors, and with the chance to do so alongside their parents and carers, they couldn’t wait.
