What’s been going on in Merlins?

So many things have been happening this term in Merlins! Here is a montage, capturing just a few of those moments.

Children continue to bring in gadgets and gizmos to show the class how they work.

Merlins wrote instructions on how to make a robot, which  they then made.  They also made biscuits and cookies at home for homework, by following a recipe: these were then enjoyed by the class!

Merlins, along with the rest of the school, dressed up for World Book Day!

Merlins won the first round of the Curling competition: the team, as well as the rest of the class, were very excited.  Merlins then went on to win the overall competition.

Merlins have also been using the large apparatus in the hall, as part of their PE lessons in gymnastics.  They have been developing ways of travelling over the apparatus and holding balances, thus creating short sequences.

More to follow soon
