We decided to make bug hotels using old milk bottles and juice cartons. We then filled these with natural items found in our outside environment, kitchen roll tubes and straw.
Some of us got guests in our hotel EVEN BEFORE WE HAD FINISHED THEM!!!
We then decorated these using permanent pens to make them look inviting to the mini-beasts.
We then took these home to place in our gardens.
