On Wednesday 15th of June, we were lucky enough to have a visit from the staff of Winterhill CLC. They brought some amazing robots (called Spheroes) into school with them; these gave the Year 6 children the opportunity to extend their coding skills and have plenty of fun at the same time!
“My favourite command was ‘raw motor’ because the instructor told me and Ellen to put the speed on ‘full’ and the angle on ‘4095’; this made it jump around the room!” Joseph Williams.
