Orienteering in Chaffinches

Chaffinches had a fun morning working with two helpers from the Crowden Adventure Centre. We had to work together to get a “hot potato” (tennis ball) from the kitchen to a cooking pot without using our hands. All we had to use were varying sizes of guttering. We really worked hard as a team to be successful and we managed the challenge.

We then had to work together as a team to stay on the bridge of planks and organise ourselves in different ways without falling off the bridge. We really enjoyed ourselves and learnt how important it is to cooperate, communicate and listen to each other.
