Well, as we all had our wellies now in school, it was time to test drive them.
First of all, we went outside on a senses walk. We went around to find out what we could hear, see, smell, and touch. We talked about how we weren’t using our sense of taste and why.
We then went and used our brand new buckets, for our first ‘Bucket Learning Session’.
We learnt an autumn leaf song called, ‘Five Little Autumn Leaves’. We then learnt that our buckets could be used as seats, but also used to collect items too.
We went around our new environment collecting autumn leaves, which we are planning to use in our maths lesson this week, and also to create pictures with.
We had a GREAT time!
