The Golden Eagles and Snowy Owls had an amazing day in Sheffield on Tuesday.
Every single group managed to escape from their room at Escape Hunt, though some of us were very close to the wire! The adults were so impressed with the children’s resilience and problem solving. Now we can’t wait to create an escape room of our very own for friends and family to experience!
The children also squeezed in a visit to the Millennium Galleries. As well as going on a ‘treasure hunt’ in the Sykes Gallery Metalwork Collection, we looked around a contemporary printmaking exhibition and had our photos taken with some of our favourite pieces.
Because we were so lucky with the weather, we managed to have lunch outside. The Snowy Owls visited the Peace Gardens and the Golden Eagles even had a go on some outdoor musical instruments!
