What a great start to our new topic, ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’ we had on Friday! Merlins and Ospreys discussed what they already knew about Harry Potter, drew their own Harry Potters, read the first chapter and compared it to the beginning of the film, mixed their own potions and watched them bubble, then finally they designed and made their own wands.
The children are looking forward to learning a whole lot more about Harry Potter, and to visiting the Harry Potter Studio Tour in Watford.
