Snowy Owls had a fantastic, action-packed day at Crucial Crew. During the morning, Y6 pupils found out about anti-social behaviour, child criminal exploitation and took part in a courtroom scenario (with a rather scary trip to a prison cell). Over the afternoon they found out about responsible public transport use, how to stay safe when crossing the road, what to do in the event of a house fire and water safety.
The pupils threw themselves into all the activities with enthusiasm and maturity. We were all incredibly proud of the children’s excellent knowledge and their fabulous performance skills. Throughout the day, pupils were very lucky to work with a wide range of knowledgeable professionals from a variety of backgrounds.
